With no clear system managing usage, it can be tough to find a moment of peace—especially since you're often waiting for a spot. The lack of air conditioning in the room made for an uncomfortable night. the supplied fan just doesn't cut it when the temperature rises. Dining at Fratelli's turned out to be a slower affair than expected, leading to a bit of disappointment in the service and food quality compared to other options.

Had a fun stay in a cozy log cabin with friends! Staff were super friendly, and breakfast was delish, loads of choices. The hot tub we booked was a winner, but the main pool area felt a bit crowded. A bit more info on spa facilities would help. a nice getaway!

we had an amazin time at galgorm! the one bedroom cottage was super comfy and quiet, had the best sleep ever. staff were all really nice, especially in gillies where we had breakfast, it was delish! plus, our cottage was just beautiful, like a perfect little getaway.

the only downside was that it would be nice to have plugs next to the bed for charging devices, and the thermal spa area felt a bit crowded during our visit.

The infinity pool was such a treat, and I loved relaxing in the soothing sauna after a long day. 😊

Had a fab 1-night stay! The spa was sooo relaxing, felt like I melted. The room was super comfy, and breakfast buffet was delish. Shoutout to the staff for being super chill and helpful! Only bummer was that the Elements cafe was a bit cold for breakfast. Can't wait to go back for another spa day soon!

I just enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. The spa was the highlight, featuring an impressive thermal village with various relaxing facilities, and the lush gardens added to the serene vibe. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices, from fresh fruit to hot meals. I found that the service at the bar could have been more attentive during peak hours.

The adept service at the restaurants significantly enhanced our dining experience, particularly due to the exceptional cocktails. the check-in process was chaotic, with no concierge available, and the lack of organization during breakfast created unnecessary delays. Despite the beautiful surrounding gardens, a more meticulous landscape maintenance is desperately needed to restore its charm.

Spent three nights here and the spa was absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to! I loved lounging in the hot tub and the steam room really helped me unwind. Only issue was that the pool area got a bit crowded, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 🌊
